This comes from Sarah's Secrets. I love radishes, so I had to give this a try......Glad I did. SO GOOD
- Heat butter in fry pan.
- Add radishes and salt.
- Saute until crispy.
Finger lickin' weird...I couldn't get enough.
Incredible!! I am not a radish-lover, but these are DELICIOUS! We added some minced garlic to the saute. I LOVE this recipe.
That harsh woody tang gets cooked right out and the radishes taste like a cross between a cauliflower and a turnip. A nice, unexpected side dish.
