- 453.59 g jar sauerkraut
- 118.29 ml chopped celery
- 59.14 ml finely-chopped onion
- 59.14 ml chopped green bell pepper
- 118.29 ml sugar
directions
- Drain sauerkraut and chop fine.
- Add celery, onion, green pepper and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before using.
