  1. Sooo easy, and so delish. I cut the recipe in half, used light cream cheese and low fat shredded cheddar cheese. I omitted the olives and green onions but went ahead and put in the whole 4 oz can of green chiles (even though I cut in half.) I spread mine onto whole wheat tortillas. I LOVED them! I love that they include spinach so you can get a little bit of healthy greens sneaked in here. :) Thank you so much for sharing!

I live in Indiana and work at Hooters. My mom is Lauralie41 and I enjoy going home and looking at recipes with her, Zaar is my favorite cookbook. My son is seven months old and I cant imagine what it was like without him. He is a very happy, smart little boy and loves going to grandma and grandpas. I think he is going to be pretty spoiled! Will be going back to school soon and have a pretty busy schedule. <img src="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y164/lauralie41/cookbookswapspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
