  • Wash and dry greens. Shred, sala-style, into large bowl.
  • Shred salmon with a fork and add to the greens.
  • Add sliced egg, tomatoes and parmesan and toss. Serve cold.
  • For dressing try Honey-Mustard Vinigrette with Dill.
