- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed, ground
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, for frying
directions
- Mix all together, except for coconut oil. Pat into patties. Use about 1 tbsp oil per batch for frying over medium heat.
