  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart greased baking dish.
  3. Top with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake@ 350 degrees-35-40 minutes.

Recipe is okay but rather plain, the salmon is the only thing that gives it any flavor. The "sauce" of cottage cheese and sour cream doesn't add any flavor to the dish. I used Italian flavored bread crumbs. Perhaps using cream of mushroom as a quick saugce instead would give more flavor.

A nice,tasty recipe that goes well with steamed broccoli. To make the recipe faster to make I used a 7.1 oz pkg. of flaked, deboned salmon. I substituted green onion for the regular onion as I prefer that flavor. I also added 2T parmesan cheese to the bread crumb topping.
