- Chop onion and cellery.
- Drain the canned Salmon.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Shape into burgers.
- Place on cooking dish.
- Bake in oven at 350 degF for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
- Burgers freeze very well.

Dressed up with toppings, these burgers are great. Ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc. Whatever you like I suppose. Alone though, they aren't very flavorful. However, they are VERY healthy. If you are willing to compromise a little bit of the flavor for the nutritional value these are for you. It's not that they are bad at all. I did go back for seconds, but I don't think I will be making them again. Oh and... My burgers actually took closer to 35 or 40 minutes to bake in the oven.
