  1. Made this last night and my DH and I loved it! This reminded me of my Ultimate Chicken Spaghetti, but much easier, cheaper and quicker. I cut the recipe in half and had the perfect amount for two with a little leftover. I wasn't sure if the pasta was supposed to go in uncooked, thus the added broth so I used a leftover chicken breast and cut the broth. I used a 4oz can of mushrooms. I didn't have angel hair pasta so I used fettucini cooked 10 mins. then I stirred it into the rest and simmered on the stove for another 8 mins. and it was awesome served with garlic bread. This will be a regular around here. Thanks!
