Rose's Fresh Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

"I've used this sauce many times when I make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, which is an all-time favorite in our home."

• Yields: 1.25 Cup

ingredients

• 177.44 ml hoisin sauce
• 118.29 ml peanut butter
• 59.14 ml water
• 14.79 ml sriracha chili sauce
• 14.79 ml lime juice
• crushed peanuts, for garnish

directions

1. Combine all ingredients except the crushed peanuts, in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Set aside until ready to use and then garnish with peanuts when ready. You may use smooth or chunky peanut butter.
