- 600 ml salad oil
- 125 ml white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sour cream
- 75 g Roquefort cheese
directions
- Put all the ingredients except the Roquefort cheese in a blender and blend well.
- Add the crumbled roquefort cheese and stir to mix.
- Store in the refrigerator.
