This is pretty good. I did grease the pan, but the crust was very hard to get out. Next time I would line the pan with foil instead. Also, when I took it out of the oven there was a big pool of liquid in the middle so I drained it out and put it back in the oven. Then it was hard to cut out because the topping didn't stay on top of the crust. Sure, this dessert is not the best structually, but it is yummy! I just ate right out of the pan with a spoon.

  1. For crust, blend ingredients and press into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. For topping, mix ingredients and spoon into bottom layer.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Good with ice cream.
