I can't rate this yet as I am still preparing it. It seemed like a good recipe with ingredients that made sense for red cabbage, however, until I actually started to make it, I realized it is horribly incomplete. For instance, how much vinegar? Ground clove or actual clove? How long should it saute? Are all the ingredients added at once? How much oil and what kind of oil? How much flour? How long should the cabbage cook once all the ingredients are in the pot? What should the finished product look like? Since I need this for a dinner tonight, I have to make it work so I will have to improvise based on what I know red cabbage looks and tastes like. But this recipe needs some serious revision.
