A lovely summer delight for dessert from Celebrate magazine.

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream, sour cream, confectioners' sugar, triple sec, and orange zest with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form.
  2. Divide ladyfinger pieces among 6 small dessert glasses. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons syrup. Divide cream mixture over ladyfingers. Top each with 1 tablespoons remaining syrup and raspberries. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
