This is excellent ranch dressing. I cut it back to 1 "serving", which was a little over 1 cup dressing once prepared (so probably more like 4-5 servings, at least!). I used light mayo and low fat buttermilk, white wine vinegar, fresh parsley, and added about 1/2 tsp dill weed. I used this to make Recipe #234802 and it was perfect. Thanks for sharing!

This is nice and tangy. For a simple recipe it delivers a lot of flavor. I did use plain yogurt instead of buttermilk, but there didn't seem to be any problem with it. I scaled the recipe by one third, and did use a little more parsley than required. Other than that, I didn't change a thing. One thing that I will change when I make this next time, though, is to cut back on the salt. My dressing, while good, was pretty salty. Thank you for a very useful recipe.
