  • Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,cloves and salt.
  • In a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs
  • stir in the pumpkin and the sugar/spice mixture mixing well.
  • gradually add the evaporated milk.
  • pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
