ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (28 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mace
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Ladle into pie shells.
- Bake@ 450F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325F and continue baking for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
