Had some left over pumpkin from making my pumpkin cheesecake so decided to try your recipe. I halved it to make only one loaf. It was fantastic. Made with ingredients I had on hand and is very moist and holds together well. My son keeps asking for more,has had 3 slices to himself already tonight.

  1. Mix sugar and oil.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add sifted dry ingredients, the pumpkin filling and water.
  5. Mix together.
  6. Grease and flour loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
