This is an easy recipe, and good any time of year. I like it without the nuts, but left the recipe the way my Grandmother told it to me.

  1. Beat all ingredients at low speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Then medium speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and glaze.
