ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup ground oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup ground quinoa
- 1⁄2 cup ground chia seeds
- 1⁄2 cup ground roasted soybeans
- 1⁄2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 1⁄2 cups fine shredded carrots
- 1 3⁄4 cups skim milk
- 1⁄2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
directions
- mix dry ingrediants.
- mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, then add to dry.
- bake for 16-18 @ 400 F depending on the size of your muffin tins.
