Got tired of paying for protein bars so I modified a muffin recipe to give me the protein I'm looking for without the cost. This is a pretty flexible recipe. I've used 2 medium/large apples instead of carrots, and sometimes I'll use all bran or hemp instead of flax or quinoa.

  1. mix dry ingrediants.
  2. mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, then add to dry.
  3. bake for 16-18 @ 400 F depending on the size of your muffin tins.
