Protein Muffins

"Got tired of paying for protein bars so I modified a muffin recipe to give me the protein I'm looking for without the cost. This is a pretty flexible recipe. I've used 2 medium/large apples instead of carrots, and sometimes I'll use all bran or hemp instead of flax or quinoa."

  • mix dry ingrediants.
  • mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, then add to dry.
  • bake for 16-18 @ 400 F depending on the size of your muffin tins.
