Potato Filling

"We make this at holidays, but with the ability of getting good broth now, you can have it anytime! It's potatoes with onions and diced bread added. It has been a hit for everyone I serve it to. Since I'm a grandma and have been serving it for about 38 yrs, that's saying a lot. I don't know what the exact name is. We just called it holiday potatoes. I now call it potato filling."

I grew up in Lebanon County, PA and really miss some of the Dutch cooking. I am married to a wonderful man from the midwest and am grandma of 6 boys and 3 girls. They are the joy of my life. My mother was born in Lebanon, PA and my dad was from VA. Because of that, we don't know if some of my recipes are from PA or VA. I'm an animal lover to the max! The only thing that I don't like are spiders! Yuck!! I will even handle domesticated snakes! The only thing better than my family and animals, is Jesus Christ! Without Him, I am nothing!
