- 1360.77 g pork roast
- 2 onions, chopped
- 425.24 g can green enchilada sauce
- 4 (453.59 g) can green chilies, chopped
- 425.24 g can chicken broth
- 2.46 ml oregano
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 907.18 g can hominy, undrained
- 36.97 ml chipotle adobo sauce (from can of chipotle peppers)
directions
- Place pork roast in slow cooker; add next six ingredients (onion - garlic). Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred meat with two forks.
- Add hominy and adobo sauce (I added a chipotle pepper) and cook on low for 30 minutes.
