Pork Chops With Mustard Sauce

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 4 pork chops
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1⁄2 cup white wine
• 1⁄2 cup beef broth
• 2 teaspoons brown mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. mix first 3 ingredients and dust chops.
2. fry in butter.
3. add green onion, cornstarch, wine and beef broth.
4. add mustard, salt and pepper.
