Pink Salad

"This was my Grandma Barker's pink salad recipe. It is so tasty. We always make it around the holidays."

ingredients

• 85.04 g package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
• 566.99 g can crushed pineapple
• 226.79 g cream cheese, softened
• 226.79 g Cool Whip
• maraschino cherry (optional)
• pecans (optional)

directions

1. Bring jello and pineapple to a boil and mix with cream cheese. Mix in cool whip.
2. Chill till set in the fridge. May add marachino cherries and pecans.
