Yes, from the title this does sound totally gross and I admit, it took some coaxing to get me to try it. However, it's amazing! It goes great with chips or crackers. Very simple too. A note, I use a small can of pineapple, I'm not exactly sure how many ounces it is.
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- Mix and allow to refridgerate for a few hours (see how easy that was).
Very pleasantly surprised by this delicious dip. So easy to make and a great cracker dip. Thanks for sharing this unusual recipe!! Will be making again.
