ingredients

• 42.52 g light rum
• 56.69 g pineapple juice
• 28.34 g half-and-half
• 28.34 g coconut cream
• 236.59 ml crushed ice
• 1 pineapple slice (wedge)

directions

1. Add rum, pineapple juice, half & half, coconut cream, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend mixture until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass; garnish with pineapple wedge.

This recipe was very good. I made one Virgin and one with light rum. Both I think should have had the pineapple juice cut down to one ounce as it was the dominant flavor. Made for Bargain Basement tag Spring 2009.
