  • 500 g radishes, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds
  • 59.14 ml mint, finely chopped
  • 118.29 ml orange juice
  • 59.14 ml lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

  • Mix all together the ingredients together in a bowl and chill well before serving.

  1. I used radishes and mint from the garden. My boys thought the mint was too strong in this recipe and next time I will cut it down in half. Fresh mint can be overpowering at times. I loved the addition of the orange juice. I had never thought about that! Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT7
