  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.
  • In large bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
  • Add sour cream.
  • Beat in sugar.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Add 1 cup flour and stir.
  • Add 1 cup flour along with salt and baking powder and stir.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • Combine brown sugar, chopped pecans and cinnamon.
  • Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over cake batter.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
