ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) packages cook-and serve vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1⁄4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (9 inch) pastry shells, baked
- whipped cream
directions
- in a saucepan, cook pudding mixes and milk over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
- remove from the heat and cool slightly.
- meanwhile, in a bowl, cut peanut butter into confectioners' sugar until mixture is crumbly.
- ( add additional confectioners' sugar, if necessary).
- set aside 2 tablespoons of crumbs.
- sprinkle remaining mixture into pastry shell.
- pour pudding over crumbs.
- chill until set.
- top with whipped cream.
- sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
