Peanut Butter Chewies

"These were a favorite of mine in elementary school in Arkansas. They are very easy to make. My three year old son loves them and they bring back memories for me. They are also good to throw in a zip bag for travel."

  5. When I read your "about me" page and saw this recipe well, I knew I had to make it! I'm an AirForce wife transplanted to AR from the East Coast and this is a recipe, posted by a military wife, who ate it growing up in AR. :) Had to try. The kids and I enjoyed them as a snack. I halved the recipe (because of the amount of corn flakes I had) and used splenda for the sugar in an attempt to bring the calories down a bit. Easy and tasty. Thanks!
