Recipe was delicious and easy/quick to make! A definite crowd-pleaser.

I put my own touch on the recipe: I sprinkled my peaches lightly with sweet red wine before adding the mixture over top, I added one pouch of maple-flavored instant oatmeal to the mixture, and then topped the dish with one pouch of original instant oatmeal/ sliced almonds/ and diced cherries.

I wanted to use up my nectarines before they went bad and this is the recipe I used. It is super easy to make and super yummy. I like how it is actually crispy. Some recipes I have made the topping gets too soggy. I am pretty sure you could use almost any kind of fruit with this recipe. It is keeper!!

I got a huge quantity of peaches from a friend and this was the perfect way to use them up. I microwaved the peaches and that made them easier to peel. It takes about 15 seconds per peach. I added some oatmeal to the topping and used vegan margarine instead of butter. I topped it with some Coconut Whipped Cream. It was so good. My hubby liked this because it wasn't sweet. Great recipe and thanks for sharing.
