- 118.29 ml chopped celery
- 118.29 ml chopped onion
- 118.29 ml chopped green pepper (sometimes I add mushrooms)
- sauteed in vegetable oil
- 709.77 ml cut up cooked chicken
- 709.77 ml matzo farfel
- 709.77 ml chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper
directions
- mix all ingredients together.
- bake in greased, covered 2 1/2 qt.casserole for 1 hr @350 (l80 c).
- (I usually do not bake it covered.).
