- 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and squeezed
- 4 ounces half-and-half cream
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients over med heat, reserving half of parmesan.
- Stir until combined.
- Sprinkle remaining parmesan over top.
- Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
