  1. Love this recipe! Crispy yet no messy frying! Put these into oven then added chicken breasts. Thanks Fluffy.

  2. These were good! I especially liked the parmesan with the italian seasoning. They were simple to fix and forget, while doing other dinner preparations. I did use butter and olive oil, instead of margarine, but that was the only change. Thanks for sharing, Fluffy.

  3. Only change I made was to use half butter and half olive oil. Served with apricot onion chicken. A nice change to the ordinary potato.

  4. Yes, easy and delicious! Very crisp and flavorful potatoes - I forgot the Italian seasoning, but we loved them without it, and I don't think I will add it next time I make them - and there will definitely be a next time. I halved the recipe and it filled up a 9x13" pan.

  5. These were excellent and a nice change from my regular roasted potatoes. I also halved the recipe as there's only 2 of us and I didn't have any italian seasoning but they turned out great with a nice crispy crust. Thankyou for the recipe, I'll be making these often!
