    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4

    Yield:

    fillets

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

      Combine all spices on a plate.

      melt butter in a skillet.
    3. 3
      coat fish with spices.
    4. 4
      cook fillets in melted butter, about 3 min on each side.

      Very easy and great taste. I thought it was a little spicy but my DH loved it. Will definitely be making this again. I used flounder. Next time I'm going to try it on salmon. Thanks for sharing!

      Made for PAC 2011. This was a great recipe but will make it a little less spicy next time. Hubby really liked it and this will probably be the go to recipe now for most of our fish cooking. Thanks for sharing.
