Our Favorite Meatloaf

I never liked meatloaf (bland, yuk, I don't know...) BUT... ran across this recipe shortly after we were married & while I'd say it passes, my family loves it, and it has been on the menu regularly for 30 years.

This meatloaf is probably best served with pasta and lots of marinara sauce or as a "meatloaf parmigiana" sandwich. I only ended up using about 3/4c bread crumbs and didn't add the parsley but the meatloaf was still full of Italian flavor. I might try this again but as the meals I suggested above. Yum.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all, mix well.
  2. Shape in loaf & place in baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 35 - 40 minutes.
