  1. This was very moist, though I did make two mistakes. Instead of marinating this for 2 hrs. I marinated this overnight, the 2nd mistake made was that I didn't read the reviews! I would have used lower sodium soy sauce and increased the amt. of pineapple juice because we did find this saltier than we care for. Served this w/recipe#99322 and recipe#43023

  2. Just love pork tenderloin and this was an easy but flavored packed dish. I marinated my pork for 4 hours before cooking. Used my favorite technique of searing the tenderloin in a cast iron skillet then baking at very high heat for 14 minutes. At first I felt the sauce was too salty, even though I used low sodium soy sauce, but on the meat and the broccoli I made to accompany the dish it was just perfect.

  3. Delicious!! This tenderloin was flavorful and tender, and the sauce was fantastic. I marinated the meat for about 3-1/2 hours and grilled it on the B-B-Q. My tenderloin was pretty thick, so I ended up grilling it for about 20+ mins. per side to get it done in the middle. My family loved this and gave it 2-thumbs up. Thank you Kymmarie!

  4. This was the best pork tenderloin I have ever made...I thought it was wonderful...I used mushromm soy sauce and sugar free brown sugar and it was great....a must try..

  5. Great taste with little effort! Plates were cleaned in an instant. :-) I made 1/2 recipe for 340 g tenderloin medallions and broiled them in the oven. Used about half of the water/cornstarch mixture for the sauce. I did find the sauce could have used a bit more sweeteness, but then again, some of the sugar was left behind in the bowl I mixed the marinade in, so perhaps I just should have been more patient and stirred until all of it had dissolved! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Tweaks

  1. Great recipe! I had to substitute orange juice for the pineapple juice because that's what I had on hand, and it worked out very well. Excellent flavor. It's an easy recipe, and if you plan ahead, very little prep and cooking time. Thanks for posting this winner.
