- 29.58 ml minced fresh minced parsley or 29.58 ml cilantro leaves
- 9.85 ml brown sugar
- 14.79 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 7.39 ml white vinegar
- 7.39 ml minced fresh oregano leaves
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 2.46 ml ground cumin
- 2.46 ml table salt
- 2.46 ml ground black pepper
