Oklahoma Meatloaf

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
• 2 tablespoons mince garlic
• 1⁄3 cup mince onion
• 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sage
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 teaspoon marjoram
• 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 large egg

• glaze

• 1⁄4 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon honey

directions

1. combine all ingredients.
2. mix well.
3. preheat oven to 350.
4. shape into a 2in high loaf.
5. bake 50 mins
6. remove from oven add glaze to top and sides.
7. return to oven and back 10 more minutes.
8. let stand for 5 mins and serve.
