- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1⁄3 cup almond toffee bits
- cooking spray
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
- Stir with a whisk.
- Place sugar and butter in large bowl and beat until well blended (about 5 mins on medium speed).
- Add vanilla and egg.
- Beat well.
- Add flour mixture until just combined.
- Stir in toffee bits.
- Drop by tablespoon full two inches apart on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool for about 1 minute on pan.
- Remove cookies from pan and completely cool on wire rack.
