Super easy dessert that is great in the summer when there are fresh strawberries in season. I've made this on several occasions and it's always been a crowd pleaser.

  1. Mix graham crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan to form a crust. Refrigerate crust while preparing filling. Beat cream cheese spread and 1 cup of sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. add jam; mix well. Place strawberries and remaining 2 tbsp sugar in a small bowl; mash with fork. Stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spoon over crust; cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
