Nestle' Golden Brownies

"This recipe comes from the Nestle' Toll House Heritage Cookbook (1980) at the request of a Zaar member."

• Yields: 35 2-inch squares

ingredients

• 532.32 ml unsifted flour
• 12.32 ml baking powder
• 2.46 ml salt
• 177.44 ml butter
• 295.73 ml sugar
• 295.73 ml brown sugar, firmly packed
• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 340.19 g package Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
6. Stir in chocolate morsels.
7. Spread evenly into a well-greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
8. Bake 25 to 40 minutes.
9. Cool; cut into 2-inch squares.
