This was very tasty and should receive 5* based on easiness alone :) I could not believe that the WHOLE family ate and enjoyed it, which doesn't happen often, since I have 2 pickies out of 6 eaters! Thanks, once again Inez, for a budget stretching delicious dinner. P.S. Be careful to use very low heat...I used #3 on my electric stove and the soup still burned and stuck a bit on the bottom...no biggie, though, since the dish did not need to be stirred, I didn't even notice until it was all gone and I was clearing the table :)

Like Karen said, be sure to use very low heat! I was waiting for it to boil and when I went to put the dumplings in I stirred it and realized the bottom had burned. I ended up having to throw everything away and eat takeout for dinner. But I will try this again using very low heat and being careful!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
