- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaf
- 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato, packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 2 cups olive oil
- Cut mozzarella into ¼ inch slices. In a glass bowl layer slices alternately with basil and sundried tomatoes.
- Cover with olive oil. Marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Reuse oil in dressing or to marinate more cheese.
