Mom's Easy Country Pate (Food Processor)

"This comes from a cookbook that my mom got with her food processor, over 35 years ago. the cookbook is long gone -- and mom made a few changes to the recipe, anyway. It's better the next day, so great to make ahead for a cocktail party or special occastion. Leftovers make excellent sandwiches."
