- 453.59 453.59 g bison meat or 453.59 g beef
- 226.79 g lean turkey sausage or 226.79 g vegetarian sausage
- 236.59 ml textured vegetable protein (dry, soy crumbles)
- 118.29 ml bisquick low-fat baking mix
- 35.43 g envelope fajita seasoning mix or 35.43 g envelope equivalente spices
- 29.58 ml barbecue sauce
- 29.58 ml tomato sauce
- 118.29 ml egg substitute
- 14.79 ml minced dried onion
- salt and pepper
- 2 tomatoes
directions
- Mix first ten ingrdients and shape into a loaf. Refrigerate overnight (to let flavors blend).
- In the morning, spray crockpot bowl with non-stick spray. Slice tomatoes over the bottom of the crockpot, and gently set the refrigerated loaf on top of the tomatoes.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with salsa, if desired!
- Can be frozen.
