Mississippi Mud Cake

"This is an oldie but a goodie."

• Ingredients: 15
• Yields: 1 cake

ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1⁄3 cup cocoa
• 4 eggs
• 2 -4 cups butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1 1⁄2 cups coconut
• 1 1⁄2 cups pecans, chopped
• 7 ounces marshmallow cream
• 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
• 1⁄2 cup milk

• ICING

• 1⁄2 - 1 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Cream sugar& cocoa add 3 sticks butter& eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, nuts, flour, coconut, greased pan 350F 40 minutes.
2. Spread warm with marsh.
3. cool.
4. Beat icing ingredients until smooth.
5. Spread on cool cake.
