I'm extremely picky about chocolate chip cookies and I'll have to say these are the best little cookies I've ever made! LOVE THEM! Based on what I had on hand I ended up using 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1 cup mini simi-sweet chocolate chips, a whole cup of toffee bits and left everything else the same. Thanks! :)

Andeey, these are SO good!! I rarely give five stars on cookie recipes because I am pretty picky about cookies, but this recipe deserves it! They are rich, sweet, and buttery! I was really impressed by how they retained their full, fluffy shape even though they used only butter (no shortening) after baking. I didn't have semi-sweet choc. chips, so I used 1/4 cup dark and 1/4 cup milk choc. in place, but other than that, I didn't change a thing (and wouldn't!) Can't wait for my DH to get home and try these! Thanks so much for a new favorite!
