- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 59.14 ml dry white wine
- 226.79 g raw small shrimp
- 59.14 ml kalamata olive, sliced
- 255.14 g package linguine
- 198.44 g container pesto with sun-dried tomatoes, lightly warmed
- 29.58 ml fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 59.14 ml feta cheese, crumbled
- 14.79 ml capers
directions
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add red pepper and garlic; cook for 2 minutes. Add wine and shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink. Stir in olives. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Toss with pesto and basil in medium bowl. Serve topped with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle on top with feta cheese and capers.
