Very versatile salad. You can use whatever veggies you like.
In amounts of your choice roughly chopped
- green pepper
- red pepper
- broccoli floret
- red onion
- sliced radish
- whole grape tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes
- genoa salami, sliced in 1/2 inch strips
- mozzarella cheese, in 1 inch chunks
- sliced ripe olives
- tri-color spiral pasta, cooked al dente,and cooled
- Italian salad dressing
- Prepare all the ingredients, and mix in a large bowl.
- Dress with your choice of creamy or vinagrette Italian dressing.
- Chill until ready to serve.
