ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
• 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
• 1 lb medium ground beef
• 1 sliced tomatoes

directions

1. In bowl beat egg.
2. Mix in salt, pepper, pesto and black olives.
3. Mix in ground beef.
4. Shape into 4 (1/2")thick patties.
5. Cook on grill covered and turning once for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
6. Top with tomato slice and put into buns.
